It's a small team with motivated people. The work atmosphere is very dynamic. They really want to make the best out of the collaboration (they get as much value as possible from your work, and at the same time you get the chance to learn as much as possible in order to grow as an engineer). Open for consultations from third-parties in order to understand better what needs to be improved in the work flow.
Cons
Sometimes when you work remotely, the communication can be a bit better.
