Misleading multi level corporate joke - Sales Representative Kinetics Midwest Employee Review

Kinetics Midwest has a lot of growth opportunities as a company and never limits your chances to succeed. I have been able to move up in the organization due to my work and have continually been growing. Their culture/environment is strong and positive. Coworkers are always there to help you develop your skills and improve through day to day endeavors. I have worked here for almost half a year and have loved the opportunities that have been given to me to expand my knowledge, network, and personal goals. I would highly recommend working here to anyone.

Kinetics provides a great opportunity for anyone that is not interested in sitting at a desk all day every day. If you're serious about your goals, you can get there with the program and a little elbow grease. Our team is like a family and you are included from day one. A mentor is assigned during the second interview and takes you under their wing with so much love to guide you to your goals. The company structure has no seniority and just doing your job helps your coworkers do theirs as well. This may be considered sales, but it's not a competition. Everyone is rooting for everyone. Everyone is willing to help everyone. Everyone is here to reach their goals in life and I believe they will! I read the reviews on GlassDoor before my first interview and I am so glad that I ignored them. Individuals will always find something to be unhappy with and this job isn't easy peasy lemon squeezy. There are multiple different shift options available, so it's literally for anyone. The bonuses are amazing as well :)

There is a base salary for the sales positions, but you have to make it known that you don't want to receive commission ( which you can make WAY more than base with).
