Open and friendly culture and a management team who genuinely care about looking after people. I've only been here a few months, and looking at previous reviews I guess things must have been addressed - there's an overwhelmingly positive feeling here.

All the normal challenges of a medium sized IT company, but nothing that's worse than anywhere else I have worked. It's a high-pressure industry!
