I’m a experienced consultant and been very successful in my career, however I made the mistake of excepting a job with this company . They were very keen to get my client contacts off me then once this was done I was told after only a few weeks that I was not needed anymore . At the interview stage I was told many things that did not come true whilst working for this company , the office team where friendly but my senior manager was not very professional and was not truthful in the interview. Maybe this company would be better to work for if this person in question left the company . Sorry for the negativity but I would not recommend anyone working for this company!

Employee Owned company, good budget for incentives and events, in house payroll team for temps, good car allowance

Poor commision structure at the time, too much emphasis on temps even for a Perm desk, lack of recruitment tools, complicated progression system, on call with work mobile, lots of potential travel
