Pros
Great staff on the whole, key people always willing to go the extra mile and really own work. Management are trying hard to restructure to make the business and environment more effective. Great products and staff with real business insight beyond just the software. Always opportunity to progress into new roles if you show potential
Cons
Since a takeover in 2015 staff numbers have dropped. This has led to people being stretched further than they already were in key areas. The management is making efforts to address this but there are currently gaps and recent redundancies have led to more gaps and uncertain times ahead.
