Pros
Most of the other employees are really nice. A few years ago I would have listed more pros but there aren't many left now.
Cons
Company was bought out at the end of 2014 and has been declining since with staff numbers steadily dropping. They continually restructure in an attempt to cover the shortage of staff but it never seems to make a difference. In all honesty the management don't seem to have a clue how to fix it and the company moves from one disaster to the next while their customers complain constantly about the lack of service they are receiving. They are currently making staff redundant and the office generally has a horrible atmosphere.
