Pros
Kinetic is one of the most respected firms in its field - if not THE most respected. It has a truly global reach and is particularly strong on compliance and consulting, where it is the market leader.
Cons
The relatively flat structure limits opportunities for advancement - although this is changing. As a reasonably new firm (established in 2005), many of the higher upjobs go to new hires rather than through promotion of more junior staff.
