One of the challenges at Kinetic Innovative Staffing is the use of the time tracker, which some employees occasionally forget to update. This can sometimes cause minor issues when tracking work hours. Additionally, there are currently no extra benefits such as health insurance or other allowances, so hopefully these will be added as the company continues to grow. Still, employees understand that the company is in its growth phase and continuously improving. We remain optimistic that as the organization develops, more benefits and opportunities will be offered to the team members who contribute to its ongoing success.
