Pros
I have seen Kinetic go above and beyond to support staff in difficult circumstances and they seem to genuinely care about people. They do great social events and are fairly flexible when it comes to personal commitments etc
Cons
Pay on the lower end for similar positions at other companies. No consistency in management, some managers are excellent and others not so much. I big grip I have with Kinetic is they often advertise positions externally and will not allow internal staff to even apply, unless its listed internally but very few of these positions get listed internally. Parental leave policy very unclear and seems to not be really aimed at fathers.
