Hardly any. Ah may be how good recruitment team is as they sell the role and “Kinetic IT” culture which is non existent. You get to know it very quick in your initial days.
Cons
I waited for few good months to write this so it’s not a knee jerk reaction kind of review. It’s a bad place to be. Period. I was bullied by my colleagues whenever I said something which they didn’t like to hear. It’s a 1000% boys club culture and in a very bad way. You have this moral dilemma of supporting and doing wrong things for clients or saying the right things to your team or your manager and ultimately get bullied later on. I still curse whenever I pass the Victoria Police headquarters in Melbourne as that’s where I was based. That says something! Don’t join it. You will regret it!! I thought let’s give it a go and don’t form my decision on bad ratings and my god....each bad review was well deserved. I felt I died a little every day while I was there. The good reviews you see there?....They are all their managers who have been there from ages. They have no clue on management. It’s a disgrace. Don’t work with them please. I beg you!
