      Pros

      • Fun atmosphere mixed with a sense of purpose, humor and confidence knowing that what you do on every project legitimately matters. • Great people, very intentional about training and getting the job done right. • Excellent benefits & perks. • We work hard and play hard. • Very rewarding

      Cons

      Sometimes it's hard to turn your brain off. When you do this type of work, it's difficult to NOT think about it, so it can SEEM overwhelming at times. We all run at a very fast pace at times, so it can be challenging to onboard effectively as a newcomer. And can take a year to get acclimated. But even then, the staff realizes this and is intentional about helping and being available.

      They really care about their employees, very good wages for good employees, generous pay increases over short periods of time

      Cons

      Lots of travel would be a con for some but I love it and it fits my lifestyle currently.

      Pros

      Excellent group of designers and always on the cutting edge of technology. Great place to learn onsite technical skills. I disagree with the previous review regarding being over worked. The owners make it very clear what we are signing up for during the interview process. It's a traveling business. If you don't like it you need not apply. There are busy seasons yes, but we are always asked before we are scheduled for an onsite and they try to keep it to two per month. The owners actually do more traveling and put more hours in than anyone else. The previous review fails to mention the fact that when there aren't any projects to work on we are free to "work from home" and come and go at the office as we please.

      Cons

      For some it may be a con but as stated above it is a traveling business. If you like staying home this probably isn't a good fit for you.
