Compensation could better. Doesn’t meet market value.

Decent salary and benefits. Many great people(not speaking of anyone in upper management).

Sadly a good company was bought out and is now run by individuals that care nothing about people. Nepotism reigns and it is a very toxic environment. The president brought in non- industry leaders and they are ruining the company. There is one that is the most unprofessional character who often makes very unprofessional inappropriate comments during meetings. It is absolutely shocking that no one has sued the company. He is heartless, ineffective and successfully demoralizing and sucking the life out of those under him. He has zapped every bit of joy out of working at Kinective. Leadership is only happy if you're a YES man, willing to clap joyfully at the incredulous, time wasting ideas that only people with no experience in the industry will come up with. They love irrelevant fluff that moves the needle no where, but of course, it adds more time to the underlings already overfilled day. And if you dare to provide constructive criticism, based on years of experience within the field, you will eventually be marched out of the door like many other great individuals were. Unless desperate, I wouldn't advise joining this company. It isn't a place where you will feel valued and respected. Greed drives leadership... they only care about their pocket, their bonus and management falsely manipulate review ratings to make sure people don't receive the raise they deserve. It's disheartening and disgraceful.
