Pros

Every Friday we get an email from our CEO called "Champagne Friday". It is consistently lengthly in word and narcissistic in content - "the Emperor has no clothes". That said, two Friday's ago our illustrious CEO finally bared all!!!

Cons

Champagne Friday email content is childish, sexist, irrelevant, nonsensical, "good 'ol boyish" etc....(Feel free to add your own "etc...") How can the Kinecta BoD read this Champagne Friday email every week and allow it to continue? Can you spell "fiduciary responsibility"???

Pros

Culture and community involvement that’s about it

Cons

Favoritism has become ridiculous. Promotions are no longer based on job performance, work ethic, or leadership — they’re based on who you know. It’s sad and disappointing to see Kinecta come to this. Employees who work hard and consistently deliver results deserve equal opportunity and recognition, not to be overlooked because they aren’t part of the “right” circle.
