Management change leads to disaster - Technology Analyst Kinduct Employee Review

There is huge impact on technology side after management change. Some people were fired and most people who were with company from long time left because of new policies made my new management. Company culture is totally opposite as of six months ago. Happiness level is so low especially on technology side. Employees are treated in wrong way that made good people to leave. Every month 1-2 people leave or fired with no stability at all. Definitely things are not progressing and with skilled people leaving, the business support is effected a lot. New management introduced hard hat thing where people have to show off their work in order to get a hard hat that worth nothing. Sad to say but Supreme leaders want employees to bow down that won’t happens in today’s world.
