Pros

The team of women here is truly remarkable. They are hard-working, capable, and incredibly talented. The company culture among employees is kind and welcoming, with genuine support and cooperation across the board. It's refreshing to work with people who truly want to see each other succeed.

Cons

It's ironic and deeply disappointing that a company claiming to empower women and champion women's health operates in such a way that its own employees frequently fall ill. The unbearable workload, insufficient manpower, and low-quality benefits make it impossible to maintain well-being. On top of this, management shows little to no initiative in addressing these issues. Promotions feel like damage control rather than recognition of hard work. They’re only offered during mass exits, and even then, come with burdensome conditions that make them feel more like punishment than a reward. The company is entirely investor-driven. Management prioritizes revenue and financial targets over the quality of service or the well-being of employees. Missed targets lead to employees being blamed and questioning their job security, with discussions about how payroll will be managed. The company's advocacy is used as a façade to make employees feel like they're part of a larger mission. In reality, the services are subpar, scheduling is chaotic, and even the quality of care falls short of what is promised. To make matters worse, management has resorted to asking investors, friends, and even employees to fabricate positive reviews and remove negative ones from social media to cover up these deficiencies. The C-suite has asked employees to skew numbers in reports to present better figures during meetings. This creates unreliable and false data, further eroding trust in the management and the company’s operations.

Pros

Hybrid set-up (amenable to mostly WFH)

Cons

- QUICK turnover!! So many people came and go and it was definitely cause of the cutthroat culture. - They prioritize marketing over healthcare. Their Google reviews are so low because they invest more time in their image than their patients. - Bosses made you remember they were bosses. Higher management like the C-Suite didn’t care if they had to humiliate you in front of everyone! - Medical and customer-facing teams were so overworked. They made some of our interns take on the work of an employee without the benefit of a salary, leaves, or additional compensation. Some interns would clock in for 10+ hours and still went under appreciated. - Their doctors were just as lost sometimes because their team didn’t prioritize communicating them. - Their small medical team handles so many clinics yet they refuse to add more people. That’s why the care is compromised because they’re overworking the medical staff.
