There are no pros to working here

The management is very toxic. They take all your good work as their success and if you make an error they shout and belittle you. They have no processes to help employees do their work better. They are so rigid about the in office days that people are forced to come in while sick if their sick note does not explicitly say they cannot go to work. They do not have any trust for their employees and micromanage everything.
