Cons

Don't even bother joining here. CEO Lives in USA and treats everyone like his SLAVES. He don't on time. He always yells at everyone on meetings. He is very rude. He will fire any one just like that. CEO don't even know what he is doing.

Pros

US team and one guy sitting there is really cool and master of all. You will get a lot to learn from him. Totally professional. Even CEO is sensible but he behaves rude sometime . But I thinks thats fine. It happens when there is hierarchical pressure from client side or becoz of project deadlines.

Cons

Hire and Fire Policy. No Job Security. No infrastructure. Salary delay for 2-3 Months. Every day night call with US team for min 2 hrs. Still if you want to survive there, you can. But the main problem of this company is that, As a management in India office, CEO has hired few girls who are TOTALLY DUMB UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE and their only work is to whinning about developers to the boss to show that they are very much concerned about company's growth & productivity. They dont allow developers to work in peace and because of them many sincere employee has resigned and left. And on top of this, There are few legendary employees there who doesn't even know how to say "Hi/Hello" to new or even old comers. They behave so illiterate. In their views, it seems greeting our colleagues is a BIG SIN. (lol) Their only motto is to sit like deaf on their machine from morning to evening. And the funniest part is they dont even deliver or contribute. they just fool the CEO.
