      I love working for Kind Hospitality because they are exactly that "Kind". I've never been beaten up for making a mistake. They express appreciation towards me everyday.

      Extremely nice people all the way up the Ladder, flexible schedule and supportive upper management

      Cons

      Lacks structure to an extreme fault. Company is very unstructured and this creates a chaotic work experience
