      Pros

      Good for initial growth if you are early in your career.

      Cons

      Poor management that keeps changing all the time. Little no opportunity to move between teams. Toxic work culture. Your colleagues can be as worse as your manager. Frequent layoffs. Noone is experienced enough to guide you. In the end you are a good candidate for lay off too. Poorly written code and a tower like technical debt.

      -People genuinely care about your development -Plenty of resources for learning and development -Investment into Market presence is continuously growing -FANTASTIC PRODUCT FIT

      -Resources stretched thin at times, but that is no different than most companies.
