Development teams are very collaborative - both intra- and inter-team. That's always been the culture. Dev work is very challenging - because we solve very tough problems - and very rewarding.
Cons
Our support model is very customer-intimate. This puts lots of direct pressure on Development to urgently investigate and resolve product problems.
