Kinaxis truly cares about their employees, we can feel it especially now during the Covid 19 period. Example - we have been encouraged to take time off now to support work-life balance. Kinaxis is extremely innovative company - always listens to any ideas coming from anyone. Example - one official week of creating/innovating/learning happens every year. During this week nobody works - everyone just creates something new and promotes their ideas. A lot of fun! Kinaxis encourages collaboration - teams interact internally and externally a lot.
Cons
It might get a bit too busy at times but it only makes it even more challenging and interesting.
