      Pros

      One of the best run HR teams in my career. They have a seat at the strategy table of the company and have an opportunity to create a really amazing place to work, but they do not hold the SLT accountable to live those values and act in accordance.

      Cons

      There are some on SLT due to tenure and lack the skills and ability for strategy or leadership of people and therefore important divisions are aimless with unproductive in-fighting, creating a hostile environment. There are no checks for people and the employees suffer.

      -People genuinely care about your development -Plenty of resources for learning and development -Investment into Market presence is continuously growing -FANTASTIC PRODUCT FIT

      -Resources stretched thin at times, but that is no different than most companies.
