      Pros

      Definitely the people: It is refreshing to work in an environment that is positive, supportive, and sometimes a little 'quirky'. As well, I honestly feel that the management team cares about the employees. I do not feel like a 'number' here.

      Cons

      This may sound odd, but I honestly have none.
