The hiring process is straightforward and can happen very quickly depending on your schedule - I got hired within a week. There are usually 3 interviews. HR and management tell you what to expect and create a laid back atmosphere so you can perform well during the interviews. Be prepared to show your knowledge, especially if it's industry specific.
Really good training plan for starters, goes into great depth and provides practical training for everyday tasks. Trainees go straight into doing tasks to support their team which is fantastic. Feel like part of the team after a few weeks here.
