Pros
*Since this is a start-up, the quality of work is good. You can directly engage in a conversation with companies top management.
Cons
*Worst policies. The company is pathetic in terms of employee friendliness. Be sure to be under lot of stress as the company does not provide any flexibility in terms of working hrs etc. *You will end up working for 10-12 hrs in a day (over weekends also) but the moment you need some time for personal work, they will hand you out policies of working hrs, work from home etc *Worst maternity policy where they hold back 50% of your salary and don't release your payslips till the time you rejoin. If you question, they might change the policy.
