Pros

This is hands down the best company I have ever worked with. The culture is outstanding; they really live their values by empowering both their people and their clients, and by delivering great work. The team is absolutely amazing! I love working with every single person, and learn from each of them. Importantly for me, the work we do is meaningful and impactful. I can see myself with this organization for a very long time.

Cons

With teams both in the UK and North America, it can be a little tricky to coordinate, especially on fast-paced projects with tight deadlines. Also, you need to enjoy a start-up environment and be a self-starter to succeed here. Also, Kin&Co has a pretty flat internal structure, so while you'll always have room for growth in terms of project and responsibilities, there is no "ladder" to climb, per se.

Pros

The work we do here at Kin&Co is so meaningful to both organisation and the people who work for them. The team work together to bring our purpose, vision and values to life on a daily basis. And, it's a truly fun place to work!

Cons

The team is on the smaller side so holidays and sickness can put added pressure into the system.

Pros

Clients talk about the Kin&Co magic and you can feel it in the team too. It's an ambitious, independent and genuinely purpose-driven consultancy, really committed to doing things differently and changing organisations for the better. Things I would call out include: - Strong purpose, culture and values which feel extremely present day to day and central to the way the business operates - Amazing big brand clients and complex culture change briefs, meaning work is super varied, exciting and challenging with lots of room for professional growth. - Clear methodology rooted in behavioural science but with a big dose of playfulness and fun, meaning there is lots of room for fun and creativity on projects. - Lots of permission to innovate, try new things, test new propositions, lead on internal projects, get involved with new business, thought leadership and marketing - regardless of role. - An incredibly talented and diverse team. There are no egos. People are kind, smart and fun, and look out for each other. There is a strong culture of recognition and support. - A beautiful office with a real focus on sustainability and entrepreneurship, and a very flexible and high trust working environment.

Cons

It's a small, ambitious business so the pace can sometimes feel full on! But we never forget to stay playful and support each other, even in the crunchy moments.
