      Salary matches most TCM chains. KPI is encouraged but not pushed. Full digitalisation of medical records. Therapists to help with tuina and cupping treatments. Friendly management. Gifts during holidays and birthdays.

      Cons

      Managing therapists could be tough when there's conflict of interest. Company has a habit of saving money on tools.
