Pros

I don't have much in the way of pros, as far as the company goes. Nice co-workers. Simple products. Easy to implement. If you like heavy drinking at team events, I guess that's good for you.

Cons

I cannot believe how long I worked here for before leaving. There were so many promises and lies from management about bonuses, salary, and even about the product itself. They have good sales people pedalling a product that can easily be done by platforms which dealerships already pay for. It's decent at what it does, but it isn't the game changer it was 5 years ago. Competition has caught up and surpassed Kimoby and their other offerings. Clients figure it out and leave very frequently. They haemorrhage clients on a weekly basis, while sales works HARD to refill the bucket. Upper management; They're making a LOT of money while not sharing with the team that helps make them their money. They are not good people. Period. I've seen people dismissed for discussing salary amongst their colleagues.

Pros

- Long term vision - A lot of autonomy to do your best work - Sharp colleagues that care about customers and the desire to do better than the rest of the industry - Relaxed atmosphere where no one takes themselves too seriously - A product and dev team that is more productive and awesome than anywhere I've seen. Focused on tight organization with no nonsense processes nor redtape that is super fast. - Overall will to do better than the rest of the competition, change the status quo - Work conditions that reward long term employees (5% RRSP, sabbatical, lots of vacations) - New responsabilities over time - Steady growth, company grew 100% since I joined and continue to differentiate itself on the market

Cons

- Nothing major that I can think of.
