      Great benefits, good people to work with, somewhat enjoyable work experience.

      Cons

      the culture is very political look out if people don't like you for ANY reason at all that will get you bad reviews and if people continue to not like you then you can get fired even if you do a great job at getting results. Those who cover up and censor the people who hate them will get way ahead.

      Pros

      Work life balance is very good. Opportunity to engage with senior leadership in interesting projects. The collaboration and camaraderie is top tier! The investment into employees is amazing.

      Cons

      While I love remote work, it can feel isolating to some. It's not for everyone. I find ways to connect with my team and others at Kimberly-Clark. I also do a good job of managing my time and focus. However, if you struggle in those areas a remote job is not the way to go.
