Personal freedom to set your own schedule. Reasonable support to start your business. Generally Good products, internal processes, order fulfillment, shipping and sales support.

Cons

Smaller, saturated territories, overlapping in territories, lousy health insurance, $6K deductible so plan to need $500/month savings in your HSA once you qualify to meet your expenses, no company contributions to 401K.
