Pros
Small entrapreneurial company. Has a good business model and will penetrate its market. Leadership is focused on long term goals and works extreamely hard. You will not outwork the boss. Very rewarding challenges, great opportunities for international business and teaming.
Cons
It's a very small company, you need to be multiskilled and be able to sell, market, entertain, engineer and sometimes the international travel is brutal. The fitness industry is difficult to penetrate and it takes a lot of time to realize success.
