Pros
It is a pretty easy job, I would say comfortable. Your are surrounded mostly by young colleagues that will share same passions and hobbies.
Cons
It used to be as a "FAMILY", but not anymore. The company expanded so much that you don't have any clue who is sitting next to you at lunch (people are leaving and coming every day). There are not so many long therm career opportunities.
