Everyone at Kili is great at their job, and everyone also understands this about each other! You're trusted to get your job done and your ownership of your job is recognized and acknowledged. They make a huge effort to get and retain people who are good for the culture here, and there is a strong sense of camaraderie.

It's a startup and that comes with issues - sometimes things are uncertain and change quickly, and the budget and structure isn't as large as other bigger stable companies.
