      Good team. The hiring is well done with a good team spirit and smart people all around

      Cons

      Management is terrible. Sexist culture. CEO is an ego maniac that doesn't know the AI space more than most of the employees. Management techniques are catastrophic. Absolutely no vision for the company, no product market fit.

      Innovative team that really embodies trustworthy and reliable AI. I loved the Kili culture and growth opportunities.

      Cons

      Most of the team is in France, so there is a time difference with majority of the team.
