Pros

The training of new employees is very good , with the emphasis on safety of passengers and drivers Benefits are good and starting pay is competitive

Cons

Maintenance of vehicles falls further and further behind with the lack of mechanics and an aging fleet. Vehicles are only made road-worthy with many other problems left unfixed. Drivers are constantly micro-managed with onboard Zonar and dashcam systems alerting management about every bump, curve and hard braking event that occurs. Frequent safety and training update meetings that used to occur 2 or 3 times a year are no longer conducted.
