Pros

Good culture, but that's about it.

Cons

Not the best place for any practitioner who actually want to learn and grow in their career, Kieser puts Exercise scientists, Exercise Physiologist and Physios in a box and all the training reflects the "Kieser Handbook" it's a cookie cutter approach. Workers there are nothing more than "gym instructors" 2 minutes on each machine and then onto the next one.

Pros

Free training, open plan office

Cons

Working here was deeply toxic, with upper management frequently belittling team members and gaslighting them despite acknowledging strong performance. I was consistently assigned tasks far beyond my title and pay grade, handling responsibilities that were extremely demanding, yet my leader was unwilling to provide guidance or support without complaining. Remuneration was considerably below average for myself & many others I had spoken to. Expectations around working hours were unreasonable, and taking time off for overtime came with guilt-driven pressure, creating an environment where work-life boundaries were not respected. The CFO was also consistently rude and entitled. The combination of excessive responsibilities, lack of support, and a toxic culture made the workplace extremely draining.
