We're really pleased to hear your positive thoughts around some of the benefits we offer to support our people, as well as the teams you are working alongside. However, we're disappointed to read some of your comments around difficulties with management, as well as salary. We'd like to add that at Kier, we're a real living wage employer, and we do also offer a range of benefits which include financial support. Aside from this, we'd recommend having a conversation with your HR business partner about the difficulties you've experienced around management, to see what can be done to support you.
