Hi, thanks for the feedback! We're pleased to see your positive comments around culture at Kier and your general positive feelings towards the workplace. However, we're disappointed to see in your cons section a mention of hours of working. Due to the nature of our business, it may be required that employees work hours that are outside of the typical nine to five, however if you are not enjoying a healthy work/life balance, we would recommend having a conversation with your line manager about this to see what can be done.
