      Pros

      I had successfully done an apprenticeship programme allowing me to pursuit the career in finance. All this happened at the time I was divorcing and I felt supported every step of the way

      Cons

      Exclusive to few bonus structure so unless you are in sales or top management, unlikely you will benefit from it

      Pros

      Visible and accessible strong leadership from senior management. Excellent development and engagement to make you feel valued and rewarded. Great employee benefits such as pensions, sharesaves and discount schemes

      Cons

      None, except the industry as a whole finds it difficult to attract people to a very enjoyable construction and infrastructure market sector
