Not for me - Production Kiekert Employee Review

Really great company to work for. Great head of the organization who is a conscientious and thoughtful leader. Wonderful coworkers who have all been here for decades. Family atmosphere and stability - thanks to the almost 170 years of Kiekert worldwide history. Employees don't usually leave and if they have to because of circumstances outside of their control, many return. At least half a dozen children of employees are also employed. Adding further to a very unique and rare family atmosphere.

US location is smaller but in my opinion, this adds to the family atmosphere. Best of both worlds of being in a smaller location while the benefits of being part of a larger global organization still exists.
