Very busy, can be very stressful. Other counselors oftentimes did not act responsibly, putting a lot of weight and stress on the others.

Good place to observe how not to run a school.

Management, including the boss, don’t seem to have the knowledge or leadership skills to run a school properly. A lot of decisions are made without really understanding what works in education. There’s a constant pattern of taking parents’ side even when it’s unfair or unreasonable. As long as the fees are coming in, what the parents say becomes more important than what the teachers know or experience. Staff voices are ignored, and there’s no real support from the top. It feels like management just wants to look good on the outside. There’s no backbone when it comes to standing up for their own team. When leadership doesn’t lead and just follows whatever parents say, things fall apart. It becomes all about appearances, not about what’s right for the students or staff. That’s exactly what’s happening here — all show, no substance.
