      Pros

      Free bagel once a month, free weekly organic fruit, beautiful office but OCD kept. Met some great people who will be lifelong friends.

      Cons

      Huge employee turnover, negative environment, inconsistent pay, lack of integrity, leadership is awful, employees fearful that they are next to be fired and escorted out of the building, culture in the Loo, no concern for others, untrustworthy executive team, self preservation only, lack of conflict mgmt, expendable employees, I'll stop here as I'm tired of wasting my time on this...

      Pros

      Great place to grow and learn. There’s a lot of opportunity to try new things, share ideas, and actually see them taken seriously. People are supportive, and there’s room to develop professionally and improve how things are done.

      Cons

      Some processes are still evolving so change happens quickly to continue growing.
