Lack of community support and resources stagnates the growth of the program. However, the staff makes the program thrive inspite of the challenges of the lack of resources.

It's inspiring to see KC's programming and vision in action, and the team is great with collaborating to make it possible. With a great work-life balance and the way they ensure the workplace is comfortable for everyone, you can really feel the support. They're pretty transparent with all their employees and give growth opportunities wherever they can.

As a small nonprofit, you'll need to be ready to adapt and wear a lot of hats no matter your position. Resources can also be limited depending on the project.
