Passionate group of people. Fun work environment. Very company with a great mission.

Some uncertainty with ownership in the past but seems to be stable now. Not huge growth opportunities but a lot of amazing experience.

The current Art Director is fantastic. She knows what she’s doing, communicates clearly, and should honestly be running the team. Kidrobot gave me my first job in the industry, and I’ll always be grateful for that start.

I worked here for 6 years, and in that time, management never improved. Pay is far below industry standards. I started as a junior sculptor at $35k, and even as Head of Sculpt, I topped out at only $51k. Work-life balance does not exist. You’re expected to work nights and weekends, even while remote, with no appreciation. Leadership shows a lack of respect and communication.
