      Pros

      The Director really tries to make it a fun place to work. She really cares about the staff and works hard. I've learned alot since I've been there. The kids are really great to be around and this is good experience for me, I'm hoping to get into public school some day.

      Cons

      Pay is typical at child care center. Some staff are out sick alot, makes it hard on those who show up to work each day.

      fast hiring process once all paperwork processed

      Cons

      management retaliated for not giving notice by not paying agreed upon hourly rate or full number of hours worked. i was never given a paystub just a handwritten check with no explanation. the center is loud with teachers screaming letting babies cry instead of picking them up
