Pros
The owners care about the well being of the staff and children. I have worked at Kiddie Academy since 2012 and feel valued as an employee. The pay is great and the benefits are good too. We receive 25% off of child care as an employee and now that I have worked here for 3 years it is 50% Also working at a SUTQ rated center...I love working at Kiddie Academy of Reynoldsburg.
Cons
It is not easy work...we provide children with portfolios and hands on experiences and this requires preparation and dedication...and moreover passion for educating children
