      Corporate company pushes franchisees to follow their standards

      Cons

      Owners don't always care to told up the standard and will lie and expect employees to lie as well. If they don't lie, they get pushed out. Even letting regional managers know they will try to turn a blind eye.

      -overworked -underpaid -management is horrible -the place is dirty and you get sick every week and are expected to come into work anyway.
