Pros
Very fun and engaging. You will meet lots of foreigners (Germans, Japanese, Chinese, etc) You will perform many interactive roleplays, like firefighter, dentist, police officer, florist, etc. Have meal allowance (RM10 per day) Internship RM1k per month + meal allowance RM100/200
Cons
Customer section: 1. You have to work during the public holiday. You will get a replacement for that, but you have to redeem it within one month, or it will burn wastefully. 2. You will not only deal with the children's behaviour, but also the parents and teachers. One time, we had an Arab parent yell at us because her son could not enter the wall climbing (which he ran off before his turn). We also had a Korean couple, "Shibal saekkiya" us because we cannot let the child enter due to the age limit. 3. If you are not friendly or cannot handle children, do not enter this. You have to be very patient, as children sometimes will curse, touch your private part, or kick you (based on true stories). For Management: 1. The leaders of each district will monitor you. If not them, the higher-ups will patrol the park. 2. The working hours: 9 am - 7 pm. But you will not be going out precisely or before at 7 pm. After cleaning the premises, all of you will gather at one place, and the managers will lecture you about the same mistake. Most of the time, they will release us after 7 pm (once got out at 7.30 pm) 3. No career growth. Full-time staff only around RM2k, yearly increase around RM100 - RM 200 something.
