I learned a lot about tutoring sales through KidPass Tutors! The work culture is friendly, inviting, supportive, and flexible! The team and management were a pleasure to work with and I can only say great things about being part of the company. They are understanding about taking time off and set you up for success for every part of your job. Emily is a fantastic leader and trainer. I was well-prepared for the role after the thorough training period and I felt that I could approach her with any questions! Shab was also an amazing leader, giving constant words of encouragement with her bubbly and warm personality. I can’t recommend this position enough and I am thankful to have joined the team!

Because we are still such a small team, you can truly make an impact. There is no bureaucracy and our founders work just as hard, if not harder, than anyone else on the team. We're going through a tremendously exciting time of growth and there is always opportunity to collaborate across different teams and take on more. We genuinely enjoy working together and regularly hang out outside of work. While we definitely work hard, your work is always appreciated. It's an incredibly rewarding environment and we are only getting better!

Not actually a con because the work is really rewarding but we're still a startup and we work really, really, hard and wear many, many hats. If consistently giving your work your all and doing things that are outside of your role aren't for you, this will not be a good fit.
