      The staff is kind and helpful, and management is always there to lend a hand and work with you to make adjustments when needed, especially when it comes to your work/life balance. Pay and benefits are competitive.

      Pros

      They're still in business....somehow. Despite poor upper management, the teachers still carry their innate passion for the children, and consistently carry out the best of care.

      Cons

      No health insurance Very limited vacation time -- no sick time. Constant violations of DCFS and Department of Labor regulations Very dishonest and shady upper management
